Excel to launch automatic diecutter | Hall 9 Stand E31

At PrintPack India, Gujarat-based Excel Machinery will launch its new product – Maxima, a 28 x 40-inch automatic diecutter with stripping process. “In the packaging segment, print buyers looking for large size diecutting machines with the need to expand the existing setup can opt for the 28 x 40-inch diecutter. A stripping section, which is optional in the new product, can remove the side and rear trim and offers faster turnaround times. The maximum output the product can deliver is around 7,500 sheets an hour,” says Jitendra Patel of Excel Machinery.

The company has booked a 153 square metre stand (E31) at Hall 9 where the company will also also exhibit its regular product Maxima EXB35 postpress, which has crossed the sale figure to 26 installations in the last year. “Being an indigenous manufacturer, we are satisfied to meet the rising demands with automation and at economically viable rates,” he added. Excel Machinery has installed around 140 machines in India and also expanded its factory space to manufacturers for around 36 machines in a year.

According to Patel, the previous editions of the trade show have been fruitful for the company. He shares, “We received a positive response in all the previous editions of the show and often took spot orders. In the previous show itself, we sold around five machines.” Keeping abreast with the latest demands, Excel Machinery has achieved a leading position in the diecutting segment.
