Pratham Technologies to display Supersort 5003 | Hall 10 Stand 46-48

At PrintPack India 2017, to be held from 4 to 8 February in Greater Noida, Pune-based Pratham Technologies will display is carton inspection system and its automatic leaflet folding machine. The carton inspection system Supersort series, which will be displayed at the event, has been developed in technical collaboration with a German manufacturer. Supersort is available in two variants – Supersort 5002 and Supersort 5003. While Supersort 5002 comes with one camera for face inspection and one for reverse inspection, the Supersort 5003 has a third camera on the face side for inspection of defects in special operations like embossing, lamination, UV coating, etc. At PrintPack, Pratham will display the Supersort 5003.

“The Supersort generates more productivity as compared to manual sorting process of folding cartons. It is fast as well as reliable,” says Sham Desai, marketing manager at Pratham Technologies. According to Desai, the Supersort has three unique features – a state-of-the-art software, illumination box and air ejector. In addition to Supersort 5003, Pratham will also display its automatic leaflet folding machine, which comes equipped with a cross folding unit, a pressing unit, a taping unit, a vision inspection system, an ejector and a vertical stacker. Pratham Technologies will be present in Hall 10 Stand 46 – 48.
