Nutech Security Printers, a Faridabad (Delhi-NCR)-based manufacturer of security forms and labels, has installed a Rhyguan Smart-370 label inspection and converting machine with a Luster camera at its production facility. Supplied and installed by Flexo Image Graphics (FIG), the machine is the latest addition to the company’s post-press portfolio and is designed for 100% defect inspection and high-speed slitting of pressure-sensitive labels.

A Nutech Group company, Nutech Security Printers offers security forms and labels that, according to the company, meet global standards. Its production facility is equipped with pre-press, press and post-press machinery from established brands, and the company regularly upgrades its infrastructure with modern machines and equipment.

The Rhyguan Smart-370 is a fully servo-driven, roll-to-roll machine. It combines inspection and slitting with a rewinding line for narrow-web converting applications and supports web widths of up to 370 mm. Its open design is said to allow integration with inspection systems and inkjet numbering solutions from major brands, while the integrated Luster camera automatically maps and identifies defects.

FIG is an authorized Indian distributor and service provider for Rhyguan, Luster and several other global brands of flexographic presses, finishing machines and related equipment. The company continues to expand its customer base with new customers such as Nutech Security Printers.

Gourav Roy, managing director of FIG, said, “It is a great delight for us to welcome Nutech Security Printers as a new and valued customer. The company has invested in the Rhyguan Smart-370, one of the demanding label machines in our current portfolio.”

Nutech Group traces its origins to 1971, when its founder, the late KL Shroff, established the business and subsequently passed it on to his three sons. In 1984, the group expanded into security and label printing by launching Nutech Security Printers as a dedicated division. Today, the group’s businesses are managed by the next generation of the Shroff family. Ashok Shroff oversees Nutech Security Printers, Jatinder Shroff heads Nutech Packaging, and Ravi Shroff is responsible for Nutech Print Service.

Nutech Security Printers holds multiple ISO certifications for quality, safety and environmental management, along with other accreditations. It serves a range of industries through its specialized security and label printing capabilities.

“With more than four decades of experience, we are proud to be a trusted provider of security printing solutions across various sectors. Our commitment to reliability and security enables us to deliver high-quality security forms, coupons, lottery tickets, event tickets and security labels to a host of long-standing customers,” said SL Gupta, production head of the company.

He added, “We also manufacture customized labels to meet the specific requirements of our clients. Our dedicated production team manages these requirements with precision, supported by modern, advanced and reliable machinery and technologies, such as the newly installed Rhyguan Smart-370 label inspection and converting machine.”

Gupta also commended FIG for the partnership, highlighting what he described as unconditional after-sales service and support. He noted that the support remains commendable regardless of time or circumstances, adding value to the relationship beyond the machine itself.
