Komori India has extended its heartiest congratulations to Pragati Offset, Hyderabad, for becoming India’s first and only printing company to achieve the Fogra ProcessStandard Offset (PSO) certification – the world’s most prestigious standard for print process control and colour consistency.

Awarded by the Fogra Research Institute for Media Technologies, Munich, Germany, this certification recognizes exceptional adherence to ISO 12647 standards across every step of the printing process – including color management, proofing, platemaking, and sheetfed offset production.

Speaking on this milestone, Narendra Paruchuri, managing director of Pragati Offset, said, “This certification is a testimony to Pragati’s unrelenting pursuit of perfection in print. We have always been at the forefront of quality and innovation, and now with the Fogra PSO certification, we align our practices with the best in the world.”

With the Fogra PSO certification, Pragati Offset has reinforced its commitment to delivering unmatched color accuracy, predictable print results, and international-grade production consistency. This milestone redefines print quality standards within India’s graphic arts industry and positions Pragati among an elite group of global printers.

“We offer key benefits to our customers: Internationally benchmarked color consistency, accurate proof-to-print matching, Reduced approval time and production errors, Repeatable quality across jobs and time and Enhanced global trust and brand alignment.”

The certification audit was conducted by Future Schoolz, a certified Fogra PSO partner in India, with final validation by Fogra Germany.

Jitender Rohilla, general manager – sales, Komori India, said, “As one of our oldest and most valued customers in India, we are immensely proud of Pragati Offset’s achievement. With the highest number of Komori installations in the country, they have always led from the front. This certification is a milestone not just for Pragati but for the Indian print industry. We reaffirm our full support to their journey and are confident that they will continue to scale new heights of excellence.”
