FineLine Technologies showcased barcode and RFID-integrated labeling solutions at Pack Expo International 2026, held 18-21 October at McCormick Place in Chicago. At stand W-37060 in the West Hall’s PACKage Printing Hall, the company presented labeling applications for product identification, traceability and supply-chain visibility.
According to the company, the labeling applications are intended to help retailers, manufacturers and packaging operators identify products, improve traceability and support supply-chain visibility.
FineLin’s smart packaging capabilities include RFID and serialized 2D barcodes. As the industry prepares for Sunrise 2027 and broader 2D barcode acceptance at retail checkout, businesses are evaluating technologies that connect physical products with useful data. RFID also supports identification and data capture in applications beyond the checkout.
“Reliable identification is essential whether businesses are introducing RFID or managing reusable packaging,” said Jan Svoboda, vice president of sales and marketing at FineLine Technologies. “We want to solve the practical challenges customers face and help them find labeling solutions suited to their operations.”
FineLine also featured identification solutions for reusable B2B packaging, including pallets, totes and transport containers. According to the company, barcode and RFID labels can help operators identify assets as they move between facilities, supporting tracking and return-and-reuse processes.
FineLine Technologies provides barcode and RFID-integrated labels, tags and secure credentials for supply chains, omnichannel fulfillment, POS, access control and consumer engagement. The company stated that it produces billions of tickets and labels annually through U.S. manufacturing sites, global print hubs and a network of 95,000 registered suppliers.
