HP India showcased the latest range of products and technologies from the HP Indigo portfolio at Printpack India 2022. The company witnessed one of the biggest participation this year and organized various live demonstrations, experiential zones, and dedicated HP Indigo discovery sessions for print service providers, potential brands, designers, and design agencies.

The company launched three new digital press platforms – HP Indigo 100K digital press (virtual launch), HP Indigo 15K digital press and HP Indigo 6K digital press (physical launch at the expo). The customer response to HP Indigo portfolio has been extremely positive, according to the company.

Appadurai A, country manager – graphics solutions industrial business, HP India, said, “After a hiatus of two years owing to the Covid-19 pandemic, Printpack India 2022, finally returned this year. The expo saw several exhibitors and visitors attend the event. Witnessing an overwhelming response from the industry, HP had to be one of the biggest exhibitors to showcase the complete Indigo portfolio coupled with live demonstrations, combining both commercial printing and packaging solutions in one place. We physically introduced HP Indigo 15K digital press along with HP Indigo 6K digital press for the first time in India. HP Indigo 15K, was running live at Redington’s stall, designed to bring high-definition printing and offer a new benchmark in print quality for the widest range of applications in the industry.

“To cater to the labels and packaging segment, the new HP Indigo 6K digital press was running live at our partner, TechNova’s stall showcasing the futuristic press that redefines new possibilities and competencies in label printing.”

In addition, to make the experience more personalized, for the first time in India, the company exhibited a live station to experience HP xRServices powered by Microsoft Hololens 2, receiving much appreciation for its latest innovation for the next generation of printers.

“The support from our customers and partners has helped us to continue to expand our mission in providing the industrial print industry with the latest technology and solutions to enhance print productivity and quality at large. We look forward to introducing new technology-driven innovations that meet the evolving needs and expectations of our partners and once again be a part of Print Pack next year,” said Appadurai

Yoav Lotan, head of products solutions, HP Industrial Indigo PWP, Asia Pacific and Japan said, “India has a vibrant and dynamic market and people are eager to learn and educate themselves about what is happening on the other side of the globe. From big to small and homegrown enterprises in the country are looking for advanced commercial & packaging printing and enhancement solutions to differentiate themselves in the crowd. We want to help them fulfill their needs with HP Indigo technology.”

Partnership, transformation, endurance

According to HP, in a fast-changing market and a world economy that’s full of surprises, the process of digital transformation in the commercial, labels and packaging printing industry shouldn’t prevent business owners from discovering the future-proof benefits of adopting a digital press. The company says it has a team of proven experts that can help customers achieve the growth that HP Indigo’s customers are already experiencing.
