Kundli-based Printpanache Packaging Solutions (PPS) has strengthened its production capabilities with the installation of two new systems from Packnology – the Haotian HGP 330 print embellishment machine with Kyocera heads and the PRDC 330 digital die-cutting machine with six heads.

Printpanache Packaging Solutions (PPS), a sister concern of Shree Balaji Printers, brings over 30 years of expertise to the production of lakhs of labels and shrink sleeves daily. The company operates a state-of-the-art production facility equipped with an extensive range of printing and finishing machines.

The Haotian HGP 330 is a purpose-built digital label embellishment machine, specifically engineered for premium varnishing and cold foil applications. The PRDC 330 is a compact digital die-cutter in which each of its six heads is independently controlled on the Z-axis via individual servo motors, enabling high-precision cutting to 0.01 mm accuracy. The machine operates at 15 m/min, with a throughput capacity of 300 pieces per minute.

“We have purposely chosen both the post-press machines from Packnology for creating high-impact label finishing,” said Shashwat Bansal, managing partner, Printpanache Packaging Solutions.

PPS has strengthened its capabilities with the addition of a European flexo printing press to its machine portfolio. Further enhancing its digital printing capabilities, the company is also set to add an HP Indigo 6K, expected to be installed in the coming week.

Brijesh Puri, founder of Packnology, said, “We are grateful to have Printpanache as a valued new client. Given their line of high-end label printing presses, their decision to invest in the Haotian HGP 330 and PRDC 330 is a natural and smart one – these machines deliver matched finishing that no conventional equipment can replicate.” He noted that both machines have been thoroughly tested for precision and consistency of output.

PPS serves a broad base of quality-conscious customers across sectors including food and beverage, personal care, household goods, automotive, and pharmaceuticals. “We always opt for best-in-class machines that can meet the exacting demands of our customers. The Haotian HGP 330 and PRDC 330 tick every box of our finishing requirements,” said Bansal.

Beyond Haotian and PRDC, Packnology is the authorized Indian representative for other prominent global brands including iECHO and Vision. Headquartered in New Delhi, the company has sales and service teams in Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Ahmedabad. “Our partnership with clients begins with great machines – but we place equal importance on after-sales service,” Puri concluded.
