Vinsak Group realigns to strengthen in-house manufacturing

-

Vinsak Group, a leading provider of printing and packaging technologies, has announced a strategic realignment of its product portfolio as the company intensifies its focus on designing and manufacturing its own range of advanced solutions tailored to the evolving needs of converters worldwide.

With converters increasingly seeking machinery that offers greater flexibility, cost efficiency, and customization, Vinsak is accelerating the development of its proprietary product line engineered specifically for the regions and applications it serves. This strategic direction ensures stronger alignment with global market demands, improved adaptability, and enhanced long-term value for customers.

To support this expanded manufacturing vision, new production space has been added at Vinsak’s engineering and assembly centre in Mumbai, India, as well as at the Rotatek facility in Barcelona, Spain. These upgrades form part of a long-term investment plan aimed at increasing production capacity, improving delivery timelines, and enabling the development of next-generation machinery for packaging, labels, and finishing applications.

“Our focus moving forward is to deliver solutions shaped directly by the voice of our customers,” said Ranesh Bajaj, director, Vinsak Group. “Strengthening our in-house manufacturing capabilities allows us to innovate faster, offer more tailored technology, and deliver greater value to the industry. As we expand into new markets across Europe and the Americas, having a unified and homogenous brand offering gives our customers a higher level of confidence and consistency.”

This strategic realignment will also allow Vinsak to enhance after-sales support, improve service response times, and streamline the availability of spare parts ensuring a more cohesive and reliable experience for customers using Vinsak-branded solutions.

Vinsak is making substantial investments in research and development, with several new machines currently under development. These solutions are being designed to address global trends such as short-run packaging, automation, sustainability, and digital integration, ensuring that converters remain competitive in a rapidly evolving industry landscape.

“This shift positions us to serve our customers with even greater focus, agility, and efficiency,” added Mohan Pailwan, VP – Vinsak India. “We remain committed to delivering world-class technology and service that empowers converters to grow, adapt, and succeed.”

Highlighting regional market growth, Malkhan Ram, GM of Vinsak Middle East, said, “With key markets in the Middle East and Africa growing rapidly and demanding the right price–performance balance, our enhanced manufacturing focus will be instrumental to sustaining and accelerating our growth in these regions.”

From Barcelona, Zoltan Klemen, area sales manager for CEE, SEE- Nordics and Baltic countries, said, “We are witnessing significant demand in Europe, the UK, and the Americas for turnkey print and converting solutions across applications such as IML, shrink sleeves, labels, cartons, and pharma leaflets. With our strengthened in-house capabilities and unified brand offering, we are confident that customers in our region will find Vinsak to be the ideal technology partner for their expansion plans.”
