Stratus Packaging acquires Freppel Imprimeur

-

Stratus Packaging Group has acquired Colmar-based Freppel Imprimeur. The integration is fully aligned with a controlled development strategy aimed at strengthening customer proximity, geographical coverage, and industrial synergies. As a result of this acquisition, the Stratus Packaging Group now exceeds €100 million in turnover and brings together more than 520 employees.

“Since the creation of the Stratus Packaging Group, our ambition has been to develop both organically and through external growth, while respecting the fundamental principles that still guide us today: packaging solutions adapted to each client and each challenge, a strong sense of belonging, overall performance, and continuous improvement of our employees,” said Isidore Leiser, CEO of the group.

The geographical location of Freppel Imprimeur offers the Stratus Packaging Group new development opportunities in Alsace, eastern France, and Germany.

“This integration strengthens our complementarity in the wine, spirits, and luxury markets, where conventional and digital technologies fully express their potential.”

“This merger quickly proved to be an obvious choice, as Freppel Imprimeur and the Stratus Packaging Group share common values: family-owned businesses, the same spirit of innovation and investment, commitment, customer service, and team complementarity. Our employees are joining a Group that places human values at the heart of its development project. The Group also relies on a controlled growth strategy, offering a strong and reassuring vision of the future for our respective clients,” said Denis Maciuk, managing director of Freppel Imprimeur.

Stratus Packaging Group serves food, beverage, medical, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and industrial markets with a product range that includes sleeves, in-mold labeling, stretch sleeves, RFID labels and flowpacks.
