Printpack India 2027 fully booked, over 600 exhibitors confirmed for Greater Noida show

The Indian Printing Packaging & Allied Machinery Manufacturers’ Association (IPAMA), organizer of the 17th Printpack India exhibition on printing, packaging, converting and allied machinery, has stopped accepting new applications for exhibition space due to limited space at the India Expo Centre, National Capital Region (NCR), Delhi. The entire exhibition area sold out nearly seven months before the event’s opening.

The 17th Printpack India will be held from 30 January to 3 February 2027, at the India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida, Delhi-NCR.

More than 600 Indian and international companies have secured exhibition space on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibitors will showcase their products and technologies across a gross exhibition area of approximately 100,000 square meters.

IPAMA has also allotted space to 22 associations, federations and media partners in recognition of their contribution to the printing and packaging industry.

The previous edition of Printpack India attracted 141,101 business visitors from 84 countries. IPAMA expects the 17th edition to see approximately 25% higher visitor attendance compared to the previous edition.

Exhibits will cover segments including printing machinery, packaging machinery, flexible packaging, corrugation, label printing, screen and textile printing, signage and LED, paper and non-woven products, pre-press, digital printing, post-press, converting equipment, software and services, consumables, spare parts, and other allied sectors.

IPAMA stated it has offered discounts to its members and early-bird incentives to support the participation of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and emerging enterprises.

IPAMA has finalized most of its service providers for the exhibition. The association said complimentary shuttle coach services will be provided from Botanical Garden metro station to the venue for exhibitors and visitors.

The association has launched a national and international promotional campaign across print, digital and electronic media. In the coming months, IPAMA plans to organize industry interactive meets and one-on-one meetings across various states to increase visitor participation. Invitations will also be extended to heads of industry associations, trade bodies, government organizations and other dignitaries to attend the inaugural ceremony.
