PACK IT, a leading name in the packaging and box production sector, has installed modern UV solutions from SASG. With a five-decade history, PACK IT has established itself as a reliable manufacturer of packaging and point-of-purchase materials, supported by cutting-edge offset printing and box-making infrastructure. The most recent enhancements, supported by SASG solutions, build on a relationship that has strengthened over multiple successful technology integrations.

According to PACK IT management, SASG’s technical expertise and customer-centric attitude have been critical to the collaboration. “We have worked with SASG for many years and have seen their consistent ability to deliver results where others could not,” said Rohit Jain of PACK IT. “They successfully deployed LED systems in 2018 and recently integrated with UV systems. Both projects were executed flawlessly, displaying their expertise and dependability.”

PACK IT improved the precision and consistency of high-value packaging materials such as metpet, drip-Off (texture UV), and spot UV cartons using SASG’s UV technology. “These machines have enabled us to deliver exceptional quality and aesthetic value to our clients,” said Jain. “They ensure faster turnaround while maintaining perfect registration and finish.”

The technologies have also increased workflow productivity by minimising downtime and ensuring consistent performance across complicated print jobs. SASG’s fast support and technical guidance are credited with allowing the company to maintain consistent output even during high-demand periods.

Recognizing SASG’s efficiency, PACK IT has already planned future investments in automation and digital finishing. The company intends to keep ahead of changing client expectations and altering market dynamics by constantly improving its technology foundation.

“We believe in continuous improvement, and SASG has proven to be a reliable partner who keeps pace with our rapid expansion and innovation,” Jain concluded.
