Operating at speeds of up to 6,000 sph, the machine from Robus India is designed for high-speed, efficient production. It offers features such as accurate sheet registration, precise cutting, and micro-adjustment for cutting plates.

Die-cutting in accuracy of ±1mm, adjusting pressure in the range of ±1.5mm, Dayuan BHT-1650FC’s automated features include auto-paper aligning capability, non-stop feeding with automatic pile changing, and a well-designed touch-screen control panel for smooth operations and data display. “Compared to other die-cutting systems in its class, this versatile and capable ‘Excellence Series’ Dayuan BHT-1650FC is fully packed with unconventional features like high torque pneumatic clutch for positive clutching and special air inlet system to control air volume for smooth start and stop of the machine,” says Raman. He adds that the die-cutter’s 4-side stripping system, with triple-action stripping movement, helps prevent scratch marks on printed corrugated boxes, making it one of the best machines they have owned.

With a 40,500 sqm production facility and a capacity of 4,500 MT per hour, Nithya Packaging maintains a strong position in the market for both the papers it supplies and the packaging solutions it delivers.

Raman notes that the company’s ability to maintain high quality in its end products and achieve efficient productivity comes from its dedicated team and the advanced machinery it operates. “After all, we always remain in active mode to upgrade our machine portfolio at times and boost production volume to a new level.
