Monotech brings digital print, embellishment and publishing solutions to Pamex 2026

-

Monotech Systems will showcase a comprehensive portfolio of digital printing, finishing, wide-format, and connected packaging solutions at Pamex 2026, with a strong focus on digital print embellishment and value-added production. The company will be exhibiting at Hall 1, Stand L01, where all showcased systems will be available for live demonstrations throughout the exhibition.

The showcase will address key segments including commercial print, labels, packaging, signage, industrial applications, and high-volume publishing, reflecting the industry’s shift toward shorter runs, faster turnaround times, and application-driven digital workflows.

At Pamex 2026, visitors will be able to experience a comprehensive portfolio of production-ready technologies that address diverse print and packaging requirements across commercial, industrial, and specialty applications. The showcase will feature high-performance production digital print systems such as the Ricoh Pro C7500, Ricoh Pro C5400, and Ricoh Pro 8400, engineered to deliver consistent colour quality and reliability for commercial printing, transactional work, and short-run packaging. Complementing these will be advanced wide-format and industrial inkjet solutions, including the Pixeljet HB 1800, Mimaki UJV100-160, and Pixeljet UV Mini, enabling high-quality output across signage, décor, rigid substrates, and industrial UV applications.

Visitors will also see next-generation digital print embellishment technologies such as PixelGlow Lumina and PixelGlow Vertex, designed to create premium tactile effects, on-demand UV and foiling enhancements, and differentiated finishes for sheetfed and label applications. The line-up will further include automated digital finishing and cutting through the Plockmatic ColorCut SC7000 Pro-T, offering smart, tool-less cutting and finishing for cartons, labels, and point-of-sale materials. In addition, connected packaging and track-and-trace solutions will be demonstrated with Tracesci Max integrated with Razor 6, highlighting end-to-end serialization, inspection, and compliance-ready workflows. Rounding out the exhibit will be large-format photo, newspaper, and CAD printing solutions such as the Canon TX-5320 MFP and Canon GP-526S, supporting high-impact photo printing, newspaper production, CAD drawings, and technical graphics.

KnowzzleJet MM 880 – ultra-high-speed inkjet web press

A key highlight at Pamex 2026 will be the KnowzzleJet MM 880, an ultra-high-speed inkjet web press designed specifically for printers and publishers of books, educational content, and examination papers.

The KnowzzleJet MM 880 features a print width of 820 mm (34.5 inches) and is powered by Memjet DuraLink printhead technology, enabling production speeds of up to 150 metres per minute in duplex mode. With a production capability of up to 44 million impressions per month, the system is engineered for consistent, high-volume output while maintaining print quality and operational efficiency.

What sets the KnowzzleJet M 880 apart is its integrated online folding and gluing option, making it the only solution in its class to offer an end-to-end inline finishing workflow. This allows publishers and printers to significantly reduce post-press handling, turnaround times, and overall production costs.
