Mespack, a leader in sustainable and innovative flexible packaging solutions, has confirmed its participation at Propak Asia 2025, taking place from 11 to 14 June 2025 at BITEC in Bangkok, Thailand. Under the umbrella of its parent company Duravant, Mespack will exhibit at stand P30, joining other group brands to present a wide range of integrated processing and packaging solutions.

At the show, Mespack will perform a live demonstration of its pharma turnkey solution, a fully integrated packaging line combining the MSPH Series vertical form-fill-seal machine with the A1 Case Packer. Designed specifically for the pharmaceutical industry, this compact solution can produce up to 840 stick packs per minute and is compliant with GMP, GAMP5, FDA, and 21 CFR Part 11 standards. Mespack will also highlight additional innovations from its portfolio:

RM260SC Rotary Machine: Delivers speed up to 60 ppm with five-minute format changeovers for pre-made pouches. This compact rotary system accommodates diverse pouch formats and filling types, offering versatility for varied production needs.

MLC Series: A high-speed vertical multilane solution that produces up to 2,400 sachets per minute, designed for continuous sealing and ideal for operations requiring flexibility and high output.

Additionally, the company has presented enhancements and developments to its acclaimed digital platform, Athena. This platform not only allows customers to maximize the value of production data but also performs tasks ranging from machine control to data analysis. Since its launch, Athena has proven to be a key tool for elevating the efficiency of Mespack machinery. Customers are able to achieve their business objectives while maintaining full control and extracting the maximum value from the data generated during their production processes.

This edition of Propak Asia marks a strategic milestone for Duravant with the official launch of Duravant Thailand, aimed at delivering stronger local support through in-country technicians, faster response times, and readily available spare parts. This expansion reinforces the group’s long-term commitment to the Asia-Pacific market.

“We are excited to showcase our expertise in flexible packaging solutions and demonstrate our commitment to the Asia-Pacific region with the launch of Duravant Thailand. Propak Asia 2025 serves as an excellent platform to engage with our partners and customers, sharing Mespack’s latest innovations and our dedication to delivering high-quality turnkey solutions,” said Guillem Clofent, managing director of Mespack.

Mespack’s comprehensive portfolio includes vertical and horizontal form-fill-seal machines, hydroforma technology for water-soluble pods, and end-of-line solutions. With a focus on sustainability, the company supports recyclable-ready formats and offers complete turnkey projects tailored to a wide range of industries and packaging needs.
