PT. Indopoly Swakarsa and Brückner are celebrating the unlocked potential for BOPE packaging solutions in this region

PT. Indopoly Swakarsa, one of Brückner’s longest-standing customers in the Southeast Asian region, has made a clear commitment to PE mono-material packaging with its new Brückner hybrid line. The 6.6 m 5-layer line specializes in high-value-added products and can process both PP and PE raw materials.

“The line is equipped with the latest features for BOPE film production to meet current and future requirements for mono-material solutions,” says Xaver Sedlmeier, sales director at Brückner Group Asia-Pacific. “This enables Indopoly to find new opportunities for sustainable packaging.”

Henry Halim, chairman and CEO of PT. Indopoly Swakarsa says, “It is an important step for our company and the industry to offer high-quality mono-material film in Indonesia and the Southeast Asian region. I am pleased that the joint efforts of Brückner and Indopoly have led to this successful project completion.”

Last year, another hybrid line was successfully put into operation at the sister company Suzhou Kunlene Film Industries. Now, the first PE line in Southeast Asia followed.
