Graymills Corporation president Kristen Shields has been named Supplier of the Year by TLMI, recognizing her contributions to the tag, label, and packaging industry. The award was presented as part of TLMI’s annual industry recognition.
The Supplier of the Year award is given to an individual supplier who demonstrates leadership, service, and long-term commitment to the label and packaging sector.
Shields serves as president of Graymills, a US-based manufacturer of industrial pumps, ink pumps, and parts washers widely used in printing, labels, and packaging operations. Under her leadership, Graymills has continued to focus on manufacturing support solutions aligned with the operational needs of converters and printers.
TLMI noted Shields’s active engagement with the industry and her involvement in initiatives supporting manufacturing, workforce development, and supplier collaboration. Her work has included participation in industry events and ongoing support for programs aimed at strengthening the sector’s talent pipeline.
Tasha Ventimiglia, Americas group director at LOUPE, said, “This honor reflects Kristen’s leadership in the industry and her passion for developing the next generation of workers. Kristen has become a well-known figure in the labels and packaging world. Not only is she an advocate for US manufacturers, but she is a widely respected advocate who has been a fantastic mentor to women in the printing industry.”
The Supplier of the Year award reflects sustained contribution rather than a single initiative, highlighting Shields’s long-standing role as an industry supplier and advocate.
