Delhi-based Kiran Consultants recently implemented CRM and ERP solutions at Bankey Bihari Packaging, Zedpack Private Limited and Marudhara Polypack Private Limited with a user base of approximately 50 users.

“With the installation of the Flexibiz ERP, we expect the margins in our businesses to go up. Kiran Consultants has been providing customized ERP and CRM solutions to the packaging industry since 1988. Under the brand Flexibiz, Kiran’s solution caters to the requirements of flexibles packaging, labels, cartons, woven and non-woven bags manufacturers. Speaking about the industry, Bansal said that adoption of ERP and CRM is increasing with time. For production processes and material handling processes associated with the packaging industry, companies require high-end software to increase work efficiency and thereby productivity. “We have witnessed that SME segment is getting more and more interested in using our high-end solution thereby improving the efficiency and effectiveness and hence profitability.
