Sidel showcases aseptic technology and solutions at CBST 2026

-

Sidel will once again join industry professionals at China International Beverage Industry Exhibition on Science and Technology 2026, a leading regional event dedicated to beverage, liquid food processing, and packaging technology. As a global provider of packaging solutions for beverage, food, home and personal care (FHPC) products in PET, can and glass, Sidel will offer visitors the chance to meet its on-stand experts, experience cutting-edge technology and discuss the latest aseptic innovations, complete line capabilities and services.

“CBST is a key opportunity for Sidel to once again showcase 175 years of packaging experience within the beverage industry”, said Steven XIE, Vice-President for Equipment Sales and Services at Sidel, Greater China. “By offering end-to-end packaging expertise with turnkey solutions and delivering total performance across the packaging line, Sidel continues to set new standards for sustainable and high-quality packaging in the industry.”

At CBST, Sidel’s experts will explain how its aseptic portfolio, including the well-established Aseptic Combi Predis and the next generation Aseptic Predis X4, helps beverage producers achieve safe, reliable and flexible aseptic production.

Visitors will learn how Aseptic Combi Predis, the market’s simplest and fastest aseptic solution with dry preform decontamination, injects hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) into the preform before the oven. The peroxide is activated during the first heating stage to ensure a high level of decontamination while minimizing the sterile zone and controlling contamination risks.

The Aseptic Predis X4 represents the next evolution of Sidel’s dry preform sterilization technology. Trusted by leading global companies, it is the industry benchmark for aseptic PET packaging across teas, juices, nectars, isotonics and liquid dairy products such as UHT and soy milk. Both solutions are designed to meet different production needs while delivering the same high level of food safety, sustainability and operational performance.

Sidel’s Beijing plant has also now delivered 50 aseptic lines to its customers across China and Asia. This milestone achievement will be celebrated on the booth during the exhibition.

Sidel will also present its NeXt Line concept; its streamlined, resource-efficient PET and rPET line, designed to boost performance and cut operating costs. Bringing together key innovations, such as CoboREEL for automated reel loading, Hydra Ultrasonic washer for reduced water, heat and chemical use, the recent Swing Evo for energy-efficient pasteurization, and AQFlex for agile, contactless conveying, NeXt Line enables producers to increase throughput, minimize downtime and reduce total cost of ownership across the entire line.

At CBST, Sidel will highlight its 360 Service offer for Greater China, supporting producers who want stable performance across the full packaging line. The portfolio covers corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance, with fast access to spare parts, technical assistance, diagnostic visits and maintenance contracts tailored to local production needs.

Sidel Services Online (SSO) gives customers in China a simple eCommerce platform to order parts and access technical information in one place. The Evo-ON software suite also strengthens this support with real-time data and proactive alerts that help prevent issues and protect line efficiency.
