At the 13th Speciality Films & Flexible Packaging Global Summit & Exhibition (ElitePlus 2026), Brilliant Polymers will showcase its latest innovations in solvent-free laminating adhesives and unveil a next-generation technology platform aimed at expanding the possibilities of solvent-free flexible packaging.

The flexible packaging industry is undergoing a significant transformation as converters and brand owners increasingly seek solutions that combine sustainability, operational efficiency and high performance. Solvent-free laminating adhesives are at the forefront of this transition, enabling measurable reductions in energy consumption, emissions and manufacturing costs while expanding into increasingly demanding packaging applications.

Celebrating 15 years of innovation and excellence, Brilliant Polymers has established itself as one of India’s leading manufacturers of laminating adhesives for the flexible packaging industry. With an annual manufacturing capacity of 60,000 MT, exports across six continents, and holding the majority share of the Indian laminating adhesives market, the company continues to drive innovation while supporting the industry’s transition towards more sustainable packaging solutions.

Today, over 74% of Brilliant Polymers’ adhesive sales are based on solvent-free technology – significantly ahead of the current global industry average. This leadership reflects the company’s long-term commitment to developing practical, scalable and commercially viable technologies that deliver measurable sustainability benefits while improving manufacturing productivity.

Visitors to ElitePlus 2026 will have the opportunity to explore Brilliant Polymers’ comprehensive portfolio of solvent-free laminating adhesives, engineered to deliver outstanding performance across a broad spectrum of flexible packaging applications. These technologies enable converters to achieve faster production speeds, lower energy consumption, excellent bond strength, superior optical clarity and reliable performance across diverse laminate structures, while eliminating VOC emissions and supporting safer, more sustainable manufacturing operations.

The highlight of Brilliant Polymers’ participation will be the unveiling of an all-new next-generation solvent-free laminating adhesive platform. Developed to address the evolving needs of the flexible packaging industry, the new technology is designed to deliver faster PAA compliance, accelerated physical cure, broader application versatility and increased renewable raw material content – helping converters improve productivity while further strengthening the sustainability advantages of solvent-free lamination.

In addition to the new technology launch, Brilliant Polymers will showcase adhesive solutions that the company said can help converters improve productivity through faster-curing solvent-free systems, transition from solvent-based to solvent-free lamination, laminate more demanding flexible packaging structures, support recyclable and more sustainable packaging, and reduce operating costs while improving manufacturing efficiency.

Speaking ahead of the event, Gaurav Talwar, managing director, Brilliant Polymers, said,“The future of flexible packaging will increasingly be solvent-free. At Brilliant, we believe sustainability must be practical, measurable and scalable. Our focus is on developing technologies that help converters improve productivity, reduce energy consumption and expand solvent-free lamination into increasingly demanding applications. ElitePlus 2026 provides the ideal platform to share this vision with our customers and partners, and we look forward to unveiling our latest innovation.”

As a Platinum Sponsor of ElitePlus 2026, Brilliant Polymers will host customers and industry partners at its exhibition stand and meeting lounge, while also presenting its latest insights during the conference technical sessions.
