Bharat Print Expo 2026 concludes in Chennai

-

The second edition of Bharat Print Expo concluded in Chennai from 27 to 29 April 2026 at the Chennai Trade Centre. Organized by the All India Federation of Master Printers in association with ReEnvision Events, the three-day exhibition drew participation from over 180 exhibitors and more than 12,000 trade visitors, according to the organizers.

The expo covered print, offset, digital, packaging, corrugation, and signage, with exhibitors presenting machinery, automation tools, and packaging solutions. The organizers said that despite geopolitical tensions affecting global sentiment, industry participation remained strong throughout the event.

Industry response

Visitors included commercial printers, package converters, brand owners, and decision-makers from across India. The organizers reported that exhibitors recorded high-quality leads and on-the-spot deal closures during the three days.

Ashish Joshi, senior manager at Epson, said, “Bharat Print Expo has been an excellent platform for us to showcase our innovations and connect with serious buyers. The quality of visitors and the level of engagement have been truly impressive.”

A print professional from FL Print said, “This expo offered the perfect mix of technology, networking, and real business insights. It’s not just about seeing machines – it’s about understanding where the industry is heading.”

Ravindra Reddy, president of the All India Federation of Master Printers (AIFMP), said, “The scale, participation, and business activity at this year’s expo have been exceptional. It is encouraging to see such strong regional engagement and industry collaboration under one roof.”

The AIFMP General Council Meeting was also held on 29 April, hosted by MPLA, bringing together industry leaders and representatives from across the country.

Awards

The National Awards for Excellence in Printing (NAEP) and Global Print Excellence Awards (GPEA) were held alongside the exhibition, recognizing achievements in print quality, innovation, and creative excellence.

Next edition

Anil Arora, director of ReEnvision Events, said, “The Chennai edition has exceeded expectations in every aspect – from participation to business outcomes. We are excited to build on this momentum and deliver an even bigger and better experience in the coming editions.”

Bharat Print Expo is scheduled to return to Bengaluru from 13 to 15 May 2027.
