Noida-based Adway Print Concept has recently installed a Komori Lithrone G37 6-color plus coater UV packaging press. The family-owned business, led by Anuj Kumar Jain and Pradeep Kumar Jain, is optimistic about the potential of this new acquisition to meet the rising demands of its clients across multiple sectors.

Speaking about the rationale behind the purchase, Anuj Kumar Jain explained that their decision was influenced by their positive experience with their first Komori machine, the Komori GL440, which was installed in 2018. He described the machine as highly productive and competitive compared to others in the market. Furthermore, he emphasized their satisfaction with the service provided by Komori, along with the advantage of having readily available skilled operators to handle these presses.

Pradeep Kumar Jain highlighted the advanced features of the newly installed press, describing it as a game-changer in the packaging segment. He emphasized its design for precision, efficiency, and unmatched quality, stating that the Komori Lithrone G37 is perfectly suited for the growing demands of high-quality packaging production. He praised the compact size of the press, which does not compromise performance, and its ability to handle a wide range of packaging substrates, including heavier stocks. He also noted the advanced automation features that enhance productivity and significantly reduce makeready times, as well as the machine’s commitment to sustainability through reduced waste and energy-efficient operations.

Adway Print Concept has built a robust infrastructure to support its growing operations. In addition to the new Komori press, its printing segment includes a Heidelberg 2-color press with a coater and the Komori GL440 installed in 2018. In the post-press segment, the company operates a Bobst Visionfold folder-gluer installed in 2020, along with Achme pasting machines and both manual and automatic die-cutting equipment.

With the addition of the Komori Lithrone G37, the company expects a significant boost in productivity. According to Pradeep Kumar Jain, Adway currently converts around 200 tonnes of packaging material per month. With the new press in operation, they plan to scale this figure up to 500 tonnes per month, which will allow them to meet the increasing demands of their clients more effectively.

Adway Print Concept serves a diverse range of clients across sectors such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and electronics. Its clientele is spread across regions including Delhi-NCR, Himachal Pradesh, Hyderabad, and Uttarakhand. Established in 2017, the company originally operated in Delhi before relocating to a modern, self-owned facility in Noida in 2020. The plant spans 4,000 square feet, giving the company complete operational control over its processes.

Commending Komori’s role in advancing the Indian printing and packaging industry, Anuj Kumar Jain remarked that the company has revolutionized the sector by introducing state-of-the-art machines that combine cutting-edge technology with affordability. He credited Komori with empowering businesses like Adway Print Concept to consistently deliver high-quality prints and set new benchmarks in efficiency and excellence.
