-

ElitePlus++ Business Services will host the 10th edition of the Injection, Blow Moulding, PET & Recycling International Business Summit & Exhibition on 12–13 June 2025, at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai. Supported by the Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals (DCPC), Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India, the event is expected to be one of the largest international gatherings focused on rigid plastics packaging.

This milestone edition is projected to bring together over 900 participants, including industry leaders, policymakers, and professionals from across the rigid plastics value chain. The summit aims to foster dialogue on the key developments and challenges shaping the sector today.

A diverse mix of attendees will include representatives from government bodies such as the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF\&CC) and FSSAI, alongside manufacturers, recyclers, solution providers, brand owners, designers, researchers, and others involved in the production, regulation, and innovation of rigid plastics packaging.

Organized under the theme ‘Rise Rise Rise – Indian Rigid Plastics Industry – Accelerated Growth for Injection, Blow Moulding, PET, and Recycling Sectors,’ the summit will explore India’s evolving role in the global plastics market amid changing economic and trade dynamics. It will also provide insights into how domestic stakeholders can navigate and contribute to this transformation.

The two-day programme will feature keynote addresses, technical sessions, and panel discussions on a wide range of topics, including trends in sustainable moulding materials, innovation in injection and blow moulding, packaging applications, challenges in recycling, and the future of PET technologies. Industry perspectives on mobility, white goods, and sustainability will also be highlighted.

Four expert-led panel discussions will address critical issues such as India’s emerging opportunities in global trade realignments, balancing sustainability with economic feasibility, practical challenges in PET recycling, and the evolving role of circular economy principles in the sector.

Nidhi Verma, founder and managing director of ElitePlus++ Business Services, said, “This Summit is a one-of-a-kind Global platform that brings together leaders from the entire Rigid Plastics Value Chain under one roof for two days. It fosters discussions on growth, emerging opportunities, cutting-edge technologies, and the cultivation of new business relationships. The IM, BM, PET & Recycling Business Summit & Exhibition plays a pivotal role in reinforcing India’s position as the preferred destination for Rigid Plastics Solutions.”

The summit comes at a time when international trade dynamics and geopolitical changes are creating new opportunities for Indian manufacturers. With growing global interest in sustainable packaging and responsible manufacturing, the event aims to help attendees align with emerging expectations and collaborate more effectively.

Sessions on Day 1 will focus on injection moulding and sustainability, while Day 2 will highlight blow moulding and PET technologies, with an emphasis on innovation and circularity. Participants are encouraged to attend both days to gain a well-rounded understanding of the current landscape and future directions.
