Vinsak to show USAR at Labelexpo India 2016

-

Vinsak is one of the leading players in the label printing and converting industry operating in Asia, Middle East and African countries. At Labelexpo India 2016 to be held from 17 to 20 November in India Expo Centre, Greater Noida, Vinsak will be showing its new machine USAR under the label slitting and rewinding category. Vinsak USAR was launched in summer 2016 and is currently available as a slitter-rewinder with major add-ons in register cutting; missing label detection by 100%; and an inspection camera and variable data printing option which makes it a suitable product for converters.

The equipment is easy to operate with minimum downtime and high speeds of 220 meters a minute. The Hydra Jack is installed to maintain Equal die-cut pressure and an important aspect of USAR is to optimize job setup easily with HMI Display and all the major components are servo motor driven making it a highly automated machine.

“We have recently installed a Vinsak USAR slitter-rewinder with a re-register die-cutting system to meet the demands for self-adhesive labels in our market. We found the USAR extremely user-friendly, easy to set up and able to accurately die-cut in register pre-printed rolls. Since we currently do not use online die-cutting facilities on our web presses, this equipment has been extremely useful in opening up a new segment for us in the market and expanding our sales. Coupled with good support from Vinsak, we think it has been a wise investment for our organization and will add value to the bouquet of products we are able to offer our customers.”
