Yerecic Label partners with ePS

Yerecic Label, a third-generation, family-owned label converter serving leading food brands, has chosen eProductivity Software (ePS) to unify and modernize operations across its facilities in Pennsylvania and Arizona. The initiative will streamline processes, eliminate duplicate entry, and provide real-time visibility from estimating through shipping – while connecting with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for finance.

When Microsoft announced Great Plains’ sunset, Yerecic Label knew they had an opportunity to overhaul their system to take them to the next level of growth. The company’s priority was clear: to implement a system designed for label converters and reduce the need for multiple systems.

Kristin Yerecic Scott, EVP of Customer Experience and Administration at Yerecic Label, said, “We were clear about the brief from day one: find a partner who could integrate seamlessly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, remove duplicate data entry, and give production a system built for labels. The move to ePS gives us exactly that – a purpose-built operational core with clean integration, not a maze of custom scripts.”

Through a series of discovery workshops, ePS demonstrated workflows end-to-end, identifying how a connected platform could best support multi-site coordination and future growth. Both plants will transition to a unified model, with Pennsylvania serving as the commercial hub and Arizona focusing on real-time production data and fulfillment.

“From my seat on the floor, the change to ePS is about visibility and speed,” said Josh Yerecic, EVP of Manufacturing. “With live status from machines and schedules that update in minutes, we can plan shifts with confidence, cut waste, and continue to provide our customers with heroic service.”

Yerecic Label’s evaluation included several providers, but the winning factor was the ability to combine ePS’ packaging-ready workflows with clean interoperability to Business Central – delivering efficiency without heavy customization. The program also supports Yerecic Label’s commitment to quality and sustainability by improving traceability and turning operational data into actionable KPIs.

“Label converters want the best of both worlds: industry-specific workflows and simple interoperability with existing systems,” said Craig Tait, chief product officer, ePS. “This project gives Yerecic Label the foundation for scheduling intelligence, shop-floor transparency, and decision-ready analytics.
