Paramount, a leading player in the label printing and packaging industry, has installed a Rotatek Brava 450 press. The new Brava 450 can handle a variety of print runs with unparalleled quality. The press integrates cutting-edge technology that ensures exceptional print accuracy and color consistency, whether the job involves a small batch of labels or a large-scale production run. This adaptability positions the Spanish press manufacturer Rotatek as a frontrunner in delivering high-quality, flexible printing solutions for diverse market needs.

Founded in 2017, by Sadiq Ali, Paramount has quickly made a name for itself in the UAE market, initially operating from a modest 1200 sqft trading space. The company has grown substantially over the years, with strategic investments in cutting-edge equipment to cater to the evolving needs of its diverse clientele, which spans industries such as FMCG, automobiles, personal care, and more.

Brava 450 offers both web handling systems for the infinite repeats, semi rotary system for short and medium runs and full rotary system for long runs. The semi-rotary system allows you to change repeats fully automatically from the machine’s touch screen panel, there is no need to change format cylinder or use tools, which is critical for short runs in order to keep job costs to a minimum.

With the addition of the Brava 450, our production capacity has increased from 1.25 million labels per month to 1.75 million, and we expect to double this volume by the end of 2025,” said Sadiq Ali, chairman of Paramount Label Printing Press.

Hasnain Mahdi, operations head, Paramount Label Printing Press, highlighted that the Brava 450 has proven to be a game-changer, significantly reducing power consumption by one-third. Additionally, overhead costs, such as those for plates and die-cuts, have also been reduced.

“The new Rotatek Brava 450 is part of Paramount’s ongoing expansion strategy. We have installed two flexo machines, and a finishing machine in the past, This latest installation further demonstrates Paramount’s continued trust in us,” said Malkhan Ram, general manager sales at Vinsak.
