UFlex’s advanced tube packaging solutions for beauty brands at Cosmoprof India 2025

-

FlexiTubes, the packaging tubes business of UFlex, India’s largest multinational flexible packaging and solutions company, will showcase its advanced and sustainable tube packaging solutions tailored for the Indian beauty and personal care industry at Cosmoprof India 2025, scheduled from 4 to 6 December 2025, at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai. The company will exhibit at L16 in Pavilion 2.

As sustainability, premium aesthetics, and product protection increasingly shape the future of beauty packaging, FlexiTubes has emerged as a preferred partner for brands seeking efficient, customisable, and environmentally responsible solutions. At the exhibition, FlexiTubes will present a diverse portfolio of innovative tube packaging designed for skincare, haircare, cosmetics, and specialised beauty segments, offering superior functionality, strong shelf appeal, and enhanced brand protection.

FlexiTubes delivers end-to-end, 360-degree tube packaging solutions enabled by high-definition rotogravure reverse printing. This allows for premium finishes such as matte, gloss, dual matte–gloss, holographic metallic, and matte metallic effects – addressing the growing demand for elevated brand aesthetics while optimising material usage and environmental performance, without compromising key barrier properties such as MVTR (Moisture Vapour Transmission Rate) and OTR (Oxygen Transmission Rate).

In addition, FlexiTubes will showcase advanced anti-counterfeit and brand protection features seamlessly integrated into tube packaging. These include overt and covert security elements such as micro text, hidden text, UV ink printing, and holographic features, helping beauty and personal care brands safeguard product authenticity and combat counterfeiting.

The company will also highlight its next-generation sustainable tube portfolio, including paper-based tubes, fully recyclable tubes, PCR-based (post-consumer recyclate) tubes, and lightweight tube structures designed to reduce overall material consumption. Visitors can explore responsible packaging solutions such as Greenika, Kraftika, Remika, and other sustainable alternatives developed to enhance brand value while supporting environmental stewardship.
