A multi-award-winning company, Trivandrum (Kerala)-based Orange Printers is characterised by its engagement in multiple tasks of specialty packaging, commercial printing, label manufacturing, creative designing, and providing pre-media solutions to meet the absolute needs of what their clients want. Every task is pulled off seamlessly using a fleet of best-in-class machines and equipment that has recently been upgraded with the addition of a brand new Komori Lithrone G37.

Orange Printers’ printing and production facility comprises a diverse range of equipment, including multicolour offset presses, digital color production presses, flexographic label presses, and various post-press systems. Among the recent acquisitions is the four-color Lithrone G37, from Komori India. The company has maintained a longstanding relationship with Komori over the years.

Founded by Roy Thomas and Sajith BS, in the year 2008, Orange Printers is primarily known and acknowledged for its unmatched service and outstanding print outputs encompassing commercial printing and package conversion with flawless graphic print quality and productivity – all under the company’s motto ‘More Than Ink on Paper’ that signifies to thrive more into sprawling collaboration with clients for further growth in business.

“When it comes to embracing the ongoing trends and traditions in the printing and packaging industries, we never ever remain reluctant. We go where the winds of change in the industry blow, upgrading ourselves accordingly. In this, our recent investment in the brand new Lithrone G37 is part of our constant upgrading practice and tradition,” says Roy, who plays a pivotal role in boosting the company’s overall business to newer levels.

When asked about the reason why they opted for the Lithrone G37, Roy explains, “We have been a Komori loyalist over the last 15 years. Prior to this brand new Lithrone press, our production facility had already been equipped with four highly advanced and efficient Komori presses. However, we found the Lithrone G37 as a new vigour for short-run jobs. The press’ overall make-ready times, non-wastage, and colour configuration are highly laudable. We are also thrilled to have the PDC-SX feature with the machine, wherein automatic registration functionality to colour control, and measuring color and register happen in one process.”

As a compact 37-inch sheetfed offset press, Lithrone G37 is perfectly engineered to print high-quality short-run applications. This machine is widely acclaimed for its reliability, speed, and ability to handle a variety of printing needs, including all commercial and packaging applications. It features an advanced control system (KHS-AI) and capable to operate at a maximum printing speed of 15,000sph. “We totally optimize our printing and productivity with this new and versatile Komori press,” says Roy.

Backed by a team of more than 200 printing specialists, Orange Printers, under the brand Orangexpress, caters to everything about commercial printing and packaging solutions. In recognition of this ISO 14001:2015-certified company’s outstanding works and service, a handful of national and international awards and accolades have been conferred on them, namely, National Award for Excellence in Printing (NAEP), Chanakya Award by PRCI (Public Relations Council of India, and International Business Excellence Award from WMC in Switzerland.
