Standard Printers Providers recently sold two 10-color flexo presses in Delhi and Mumbai respectively.

Speaking about the Indian flexo market, Sachdev said, “The flexo market is growing and every year we can see at least 10 to 15% growthso definitely the demand for more production is there, and there is a scope for good business. There are many companies expanding their existing business, and there are also many new entrants coming in the business which is good for us.”

Sachdev said that there is a growing market for digital label printing. “Very soon, we will come up with our own digital presses for the market,” said Sachdev. “Every technology has its advantage and disadvantage, and so a customer should have the options to choose from depending on their requirements. They are many customers who are ready to invest in digital right now. And they are many who will take some time to invest once they see that the technology is established.”
