Siegwerk India earns Great Place to Work Certification for second consecutive year

-

Siegwerk India, part of Siegwerk Druckfarben, a leading global provider of printing inks and coatings for packaging applications, has been certified as a Great Place to Work for the second consecutive year. The recognition underscores the company’s ongoing commitment to fostering a workplace culture built on trust, inclusivity, collaboration, and continuous growth.

The Great Place to Work Certification is awarded based on an independent and rigorous assessment of employee feedback, measuring key aspects such as credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. Achieving this milestone for the second year in a row reflects the consistency of Siegwerk’s people-centric practices and its sustained efforts to create a supportive and engaging work environment.

“As we look ahead to 2025 and 2026, building a workplace that is agile, inclusive, and resilient is a strategic priority for us,” said Ashish Pradhan, president of Siegwerk Asia. “This certification tells us that our teams feel supported as we navigate change, strengthen capabilities, and prepare for the future of the packaging and inks industry. It reinforces our focus on developing talent, encouraging collaboration, and creating an environment where people can grow alongside the business.”

Over the past year, Siegwerk India has continued to strengthen its workplace culture through initiatives focused on employee well-being, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and open communication. The certification reflects Siegwerk’s emphasis on creating a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment where employees feel valued and connected to the organization’s purpose. By prioritizing trust-based leadership and meaningful engagement, the company aims to build long-term relationships with its people while supporting sustainable business growth.
