Ettiketto Group has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in Interket Group, a leading supplier of label solutions in Europe. The acquisition adds approximately SEK 450 million to the group’s turnover. Through the acquisition, Ettiketto Group establishes operations in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom, while strengthening its footprint in Germany and Sweden.

“We are pleased to welcome Interket to Ettiketto Group. Interket is a well-renowned company with strong positions in its markets and strengthens our presence in Europe. The company fits very well strategically within Ettiketto Group and shares our core values of high product quality, strong customer focus, and first-class service. This acquisition is another significant step in our ambition to become a leading player in the label industry in Europe” said Rikard Ahlin, CEO of Ettiketto Group.

Carl E Parkander, CEO of Interket Group, added, “The Interket board and its main shareholders have for some time evaluated various options to further develop the Group. We clearly see the synergies of being part of a larger group, where we add an extended geographical reach. The owners of Interket are convinced that the Ettiketto Group is the right owner going forward and well-positioned to further develop the business in a highly competitive market.”
