SASG UV Solutions, a manufacturer of UV coating and curing systems, interdeck units, chillers, and rigid box making machines, will showcase its latest rigid box making equipment, UV coating and curing auxiliaries, and industrial chillers at IntraPac India 2025, scheduled from 10–13 December 2025 at the India Expo Centre, Greater Noida. The company will exhibit at Stand A-82, Hall 9.
Sankoch Gaur, director technical, SASG UV Solutions, said, “One of our key highlights at IntraPac India 2025 will be the rigid box making machines that have been added new to our product line-up this year. We have procured the machines from a principal based in Shenzhen, China.” He added that the newly introduced rigid box making machines in SASG’s line-up meet global standards and are comparatively more cost-efficient.
In addition to the rigid box making machines, SASG’s key highlights during the expo will also include an array of auxiliary equipment for UV coating and curing. The company’s auxiliary or supporting systems include the anilox coating modules or attachments, stackers, pneumatic screen printing machines, UV lamps, etc. Anilox coating modules are perfect for precise ink transfer and specific hybrid or drip off coatings. Likewise, stackers are high-speed and often integrated with UV curing systems and conveyer for efficient paper collection.
SASG also offers robustly engineered screen printing machines designed to work with UV coating for spot applications, along with a range of UV lamps available for replacement or specialised uses. The company’s industrial chillers, offered in both air-cooled and water-cooled variants, will also be among the key highlights at its stand during IntraPac India 2025.
“Our industrial chillers stand apart from others in their class because they come with advanced features that efficiently regulate the temperature of UV lamps and other associated systems. These chillers also offer precise control over energy consumption and noise,” Gaur said. The air-cooled models use ambient air to dissipate heat and are suitable for outdoor or semi-outdoor environments, while the water-cooled models transfer heat to water that is subsequently cooled, typically via a cooling tower. Both models operate on a standard refrigeration cycle comprising a compressor, condenser, evaporator, and expansion valve to effectively cool the fluid.
