Plastindia 2026: FlexiBiz targets mid-sized converters with affordable, fast-deployment ERP

As digitization becomes a necessity rather than a choice for the packaging industry, ERP solution provider FlexiBiz is shifting its focus towards India’s fast-growing base of mid-sized converters. Speaking to The Packman at Plastindia 2026, Gaurav Bansal, director, FlexiBiz ERP, said the company is now targeting manufacturers producing 100–150 tonnes per month, a segment that has traditionally been underserved by large enterprise software providers.

“Earlier, we primarily worked with large converters doing 500, 600, or even 2500 metric tonnes a month. Now our goal is to broaden our customer base by reaching mid-sized converters,” said Bansal. “For them, we are offering a five-user licence model that allows them to start with a minimal investment while still addressing their biggest challenges – material management, production planning, and operational visibility.”

Post-Covid digitization drives demand

According to Bansal, the pandemic marked a clear turning point for digital adoption across the packaging value chain. While many converters initially relied on spreadsheets and manual tracking, the limitations of such systems soon became evident.

“After Covid, people realized the importance of data and structured systems. Some started with Excel or Google Sheets, while others began investing in software,” he explained. “What we bring is 30 years of industry experience, which we transfer to customers in just three to four months through our implementation process. That is our biggest strength.”

FlexiBiz’s ERP platform has now been implemented in over 100 companies across nine countries, giving the brand strong credibility in the packaging and converting segment.

Growing brand recognition and industry acceptance

Bansal noted that the perception of ERP has changed significantly in recent years. What was once seen as an expensive, complex system is now being recognized as a business necessity.

“Our brand is now recognized, and ERP as a concept is more accepted across the industry. Today, customers come to us knowing that this is the right tool and not an optional investment,” he said. “Even when a customer evaluates three or four vendors, we are confident that FlexiBiz will be among the top choices.”

Strong overseas implementations

Among FlexiBiz’s recent milestones is a multi-country rollout with Radiant Packaging Group. FlexiBiz recently completed an ERP implementation at Radiant’s newly acquired Nigeria-based company, Primepak Industries, followed by deployments in UAE, with a new plant in Algeria also being planned. FlexiBiz has additionally begun a fresh implementation in Ghana.

“International projects are more challenging because of language barriers, time zones, and communication gaps,” Bansal said. “But we work at the grassroots level. We train the teams, assign ERP coordinators, conduct departmental sessions, and build management reporting systems. The entire cycle takes three to four months, after which the plant is fully operational.”

He added that many customers approach FlexiBiz after failed ERP attempts elsewhere. “They tell us they invested heavily in other platforms, but eventually stopped using them. Our industry-specific approach, from day one, ensures the system is actually used.”

Bansal concluded, “We don’t just sell software. We partner with our customers and ensure the system works for them, on the shopfloor and in the boardroom.”
