Kanpur-based Sakshi Packagers, which specializes in commercial printing and packaging solutions, has further strengthened its production capabilities with the addition of a new rigid box-making machine, supplied by SASG UV Solutions. The company operates two parallel production units – one dedicated to offset printing and the other to packaging conversion – both of which undergo regular upgrades to maintain efficiency and quality standards.

SASG UV Solutions, known for manufacturing and supplying UV curing systems, air and water-cooled chillers, and UV interdeck systems, has recently expanded its product line by introducing rigid box-making machines from a Shenzhen-based company. Sakshi Packagers has become the first buyer of this newly launched rigid box-making machine in India.

“We found the new rigid box making machine from SASG highly versatile, flexible, and a value-for-money system,” says Udit Aggarwal of Sakshi Packagers. “First glimpse of the robust and highly versatile rigid box making machine was obtained at SASG’s stall during Printpack India 2025 held at Greater Noida in Delhi-NCR early this year. In the first place, we were readily impressed by the machine’s features and performance. After all, it’s one of the most efficient machines we have ever owned. It is high precision, easy to use, and cost-efficient. And most of all, in addition to the machine, we are grateful to SASG’s amicable, supportive and dedicated post-sales service team.”

According to Aggarwal, the rigid box-making machine from SASG, now operating efficiently at Sakshi Packagers’ packaging unit, is not the company’s first machine from the supplier. “We have been a loyal and longstanding user of SASG’s indigenously manufactured UV curing machine for years. Ever since we started our partnership with SASG, we have constantly checked the arrays of advanced machines and equipment that they keep offering at times.”

Aggarwal states that they are proud to be the country’s first buyer of the newly introduced rigid box-making machine from SASG. He further mentions, “This new machine is designed ideally and suitably for our box-making job in which we extensively indulge in the production of different designs and sizes of boxes for diverse purposes. We comprehensively produce corrugated boxes, mono cartons, corner-cut folders, etc, for clients from different market segments.”

Supported by a strong team of 35 highly-skilled printing and packaging conversion professionals, Sakshi Packagers’ packaging unit is a one-stop source for vast variety of boxes, including bespoke pieces, which are made for customers from different market segments, viz. cosmetics, perfumes, confectioneries, sweets, corporate gifts, medicines, etc. Aggarwal says their overall commitment is to deliver durable, aesthetically impressive and highly protective packaging solutions that not only safeguard products but also enhance brand values in the market.
