Delhi-based Ravi Print Pack has added a Mark Andy Evolution Series E5 flexo press to its production setup. The company, which offers a range of label solutions, continues to invest in advanced equipment to support its operations. The new press was supplied and installed by Flexo Image Graphics (FIG), the exclusive distributor of Mark Andy and other global brands in the Indian subcontinent.

Evolution Series E5 at Ravi Print Pack is second Mark Andy press from FIG. “We have been closely associated with FIG for years. It’s not only the machines but their cordial cooperation and post-sales support with which we are quite satisfied in teaming with them. That’s the major reason why we further bolster our partnership with them and went for another Mark Andy – Evolution Series E5,” says Vidit Singla, director of Ravi Print Pack.

Being a leading manufacturer, supplier, and exporter of a complete assortment of labels, Ravi Print Pack relies upon the value and advancements of machines like Mark Andy presses. “After being a long-standing loyalist of Mark Andy technology for years, we again opted for the Evolution Series E5 as another press to boost our label and sticker printing and production. This new Mark Andy press in our facility has its unique versatility and capabilities,” says Mr Singla.

He adds, “We have been satisfactorily running the 8-color Mark Andy 2200 press for years. Our pleasing experience with the machine and amicable technical support we unconditionally receive from FIG has collectively instilled us to go for the Evolution Series E5, yet another Mark Andy marvel built impeccably for value-driven growth in label printing. It’s simple-to-operate, meeting every bit of our need in high-end label printing today.”

Designed and engineered with every converter’s need in mind, Mark Andy Evolution Series E5 boasts of independent inking and impression with robust die-cutting and production tension control. Such features and capabilities of the press in turn guarantee printing and production of high-quality labels. Singla says, “This press is fully packed with outstanding features as its full servo technology for precise control and registration is commendable. In fact, accurate control and registration of the Evolution Series E5 eventually enable us to print high-quality labels.”

Capable to operate at the maximum speed of 750 fpm (230 m/min), Evolution Series E5 at Ravi Print Pack is compatible with varied substrates ranging from 0.5mil–12pt (12–305 microns). Its unwind capacity is 40inch and also the same capacity for rewind.

Founded in 2008 as the dream project of Shri RC Singla, Ravi Print Pack has been serving clients across key sectors including liquor, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, automobiles, logistics, electrical, and electronics – both in the Indian subcontinent and Africa. Backed by a skilled team of 60 professionals, the company operates a state-of-the-art facility housing 20 machines, including the Mark Andy 2200 and the newly installed Evolution Series E5 from Flexo Image Graphics (FIG). In addition to Mark Andy, FIG also represents global brands such as Rotoflex, Kluge, KDS Quantum, Presstek, and DYM Machinery.
