ProSys has purchased Pendergraph Machines. According to the company, the purchase is designed to promote growth by leveraging the strengths of ProSys and Pendergraph.

“I feel the purchase of Pendergraph will allow us to provide quality systems to a larger customer base previously not served by our current product lines all under the umbrella of the service and support that our customers have come to expect,” said Acyr Borges ProSys CEO.

Based out of Durham, NC Pendergraph is the leader in hot melt filling for lip balms, deodorants, creams, scrubs and other cosmetic applications and containers.

“We are extremely excited about the acquisition by ProSys it will truly give us the opportunity to focus on our passion which is developing quality, efficient and cost-effective solutions,” said Doug Pengergarph owner Pendergraph Machines.

Since 1985 ProSys has designed and manufactured manual, semiautomatic, and fully automated equipment for filling squeeze tubes, cartridges, syringes and rigid containers for the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, lubricant, food, adhesive, and sealant industries. It is a global supplier of filling systems with sales, manufacturing, and customer service facilities located in the USA as well as international sales and service around the World.
