-

Nilpeter, a global frontrunner in innovative printing solutions, is set to participate in the 16th edition of Printpack India, scheduled to take place from 1–5 February 2025, at the India Expo Centre, Greater Noida, NCR-Delhi. At the event, Nilpeter will showcase its latest press innovation, the FB-17, designed to deliver unparalleled flexibility and superior quality across a wide array of printing applications.

The new FB-17 press – also available in a 14-inch model – comes fully equipped with state-of-the-art components to boost production efficiency and quality. Key features include six flexo print units and a gravure unit, an Automatic Butt Splicer from Erhard + Leimer for uninterrupted production, a cold foil station, GEW LED curing technology, hot air dryers for water-based inks, and a Variable Data Printing (VDP) inkjet system from Nilpeter’s VDP partner, Condot.

To enhance end-of-line versatility, the FB-17 supports multiple delivery options, including roll-to-roll, roll-to-sheet, cut-and-stack labels on a starwheel conveyor, and fan-folded solutions. This flexibility enables print providers to meet various customer requirements seamlessly.

PrintPack India attracts a broad spectrum of visitors from across the printing and packaging industry, covering segments from offset and gravure to flexo printing. To engage this diverse audience, Nilpeter will demonstrate a variety of job applications on the FB-17, including ice cream cone sleeves, pressure-sensitive labels, wrap-around BOPP labels, shrink sleeves, and wet-glue beer labels.

Manish Kapoor, sales manager, Nilpeter India, said, “We are excited to bring the FB-17 to PrintPack India this year and connect with our customers and industry colleagues across the printing and packaging sectors. Our goal is to demonstrate how Nilpeter’s latest technology can open new opportunities for businesses, whether they specialise in labels, flexible packaging, or any number of dynamic applications. We look forward to discussing how the FB-17’s versatility and high-performance features can meet the specific demands of the Indian market, helping printers elevate their production capabilities and stand out in a competitive landscape.”
