“India is the fastest growing market for the polymer industry, especially for masterbatch, compounding, blown and cast film production. It is a fact that local plastic processing companies are upgrading their production infrastructures with technologies, which meet global standards,” explains DI Dr. Friedrich Kastner and Corné Verstraten, majority shareholders of the NGA Gruppe.

“We are very happy, that NGA India presents its service resp. product portfolio under the brand COLLIN Asia for the first time at the K,” says Kastner and Verstraten about the K premiere of the company.

EASY LINE Blown Film Line for extremely thin, even films

At the booth, products of EASY LINE are shown – for example, a blown film line. This easily operable tabletop machine is used for the production of blown films. A blown film tool with optimized melt flow and a cooling ring with adjustable gap guarantees extremely thin and even blown films,“ explains Rajnissh Sood, country manager NGA Plastic Technology.

EASY LINE Chill Roll for the simulation of flat films

Moreover, the NGA team presents an EASY LINE Chill Roll in live operation. This compact 3-roll unit with pneumatically actuated, swiveling roller allows the simulation of all common processes of the flat film and sheet production.

EASY LINE Pressure Filter Test for film examination

The third line in live operation is the pressure filter test of the product line EASY LINE. The practical tabletop machine is used for the testing of films – concretely, the pigment or additive dispersion resp. the examination of contaminations in new and recycled polymers.

EASY LINE Portfolio – table-top machines from presses via extruders to pressure filter tests

EASY LINE table-top machines are designed as series 1 of the brand COLLIN Asia and are used for the processing of polymers, for an apprenticeship, research and development and comprises presses, extruders, compounders, blown as well as flat film lines, roll mills and pressure filter tests.
