Flexibiz, a specialized ERP solution tailored for the packaging industry, has kicked off the new fiscal year with a remarkable surge. Securing over 14 new orders within the first three months, alongside ongoing implementations across diverse regions including Tamil Nadu, Uttaranchal, Uttrakhand, Haryana, Africa, and the Middle East, Flexibiz is demonstrating robust growth and expanding its global footprint.

A registered trademark under Kiran Consultants, Flexibiz caters comprehensively to various sectors within packaging, encompassing flexible packaging, labels, cartons, alu alu packaging, film and paper stock, chemical cylinders, among others. Flexibiz’s proactive approach towards innovation and client-centric solutions positions it at the forefront of ERP advancements in the packaging sector.

“We observe a significant market shift towards specialized ERP solutions tailored to specific industry needs,” said Vaibhav Bansal, director of Flexibiz ERP. “Previously viewed as an expenditure exclusive to large enterprises, ERPs are now recognized as strategic investments.”

The trend indicates a growing preference among new enterprises to adopt ERP systems even before commencing production. Flexibiz, equipped with an advanced framework designed explicitly for the packaging industry, benefits from the extensive expertise of its developers, boasting a collective experience exceeding 40 years in packaging solutions since its inception in 1987.

“Flexibiz not only facilitates efficient production and inventory management through advanced barcoding but also streamlines operations to minimize wastage and downtime,” Bansal said. “It enables comprehensive machine OEE monitoring, ensures timely raw material availability for prompt dispatches, and integrates rigorous QC checks at every stage, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and bolstering profitability.”

Addressing recent updates and enhancements, Bansal highlighted ongoing improvements driven by client feedback. “We have recently revamped our entire User Interface (UI), with rollout plans scheduled to commence this month for existing clients,” he concluded.
