Neopac, a global provider of high-quality packaging and dosing applications for pharma, beauty and oral care, highlighted several recent product introductions and capability enhancements at Luxe Pack New York, 8-9 May. At the company’s exhibit stand, Neopac introduced a new cosmetics tube line, along with a handful of its latest tube packaging innovations.

Among other highlights, Neopac announced it will introduce a new cosmetics tube line at its Wilson, NC plant. The state-of-the-art tube line will now boast enhanced capacity and capabilities, enabling production of an additional 70 million tubes per year, ranging in size from 25-40mm in diameter and 15-150ml in volume. The investment will feature full tube body colorations, 7-color offset printing capabilities, with options for matte, silk, and glossy lacquers. Installation is set to commence in June 2024, with production slated to begin in August 2024.

In addition, the company launched a new addition to its EcoDesign portfolio, called Polyfoil® Sensation. A recycling-ready barrier tube specifically designed for cosmetic applications, the solution is available with several applicator options including a roll-on, lip-head, or airless pump. Designed using polypropylene (PP), the tubes are offered in a soft touch or high gloss metallic finish.

Also at Luxe Pack, Neopac showcased its complete EcoDesign portfolio featuring innovative LowPro caps suitable for all tube variants. The expanded range focuses on thin-walled and PCR-infused extruded or laminate-based Polyfoil tubes, emphasizing the company’s commitment to sustainable packaging solutions.

“At Neopac, we are dedicated to continuously pushing the boundaries of innovation in the cosmetics packaging industry,” said Keisha Broadway, key account manager at Neopac US. “This commitment is underscored by our expanding EcoDesign portfolio with an exclusive twist on design or applicators and further emphasized by our recent investment in a local cosmetics tube line. We look forward to bringing technological advancements and increased production capabilities to our diverse customer base in North America.”
