Vapi-based Leo Flexipack, a comprehensive labeling solutions provider, has installed a Rhyguan Plus 330 digital finishing machine. The machine has been supplied and installed by Flexo Image Graphics (FIG), a leading distributor and service provider of flexo presses, and associated equipment in the Indian sub-continent.

Hemant Dayama, CEO of Leo Flexipack, said, “The modular and fully servo-driven Rhyguan digital finishing system for embellishments from FIG is truly a game changer. It has significantly enhanced our efficiency in print finishing overall. Its performance in digital label finishing and similar tasks is simply amazing.”

Continuing, he elaborated, “Since our establishment in 2017, FIG has been an integral partner for us. We have maintained a close relationship with them, benefiting from their extensive range of products, support, and admiration. Our journey began with a strategic investment in a Mark Andy P5 (Performance Series) flexo press from FIG, which marked our initial steps. Beyond just the machinery, we’ve found immense satisfaction in FIG’s unconditional support and cooperation.”

Key machines currently operating efficiently at Leo Flexipack include the Mark Andy P5, HP Indigo 6K, and the new Rhyguan Plus 330. Backed by a dedicated team of over 50 printing and production professionals, the company caters to prominent brands across various sectors such as FMCG, cosmetics, and alcobev.

Dayama said, “With a special focus on central and western India, we extensively work for our clients at pan-India level. We keep expanding on all fronts, whether it is our machine portfolio or customer base. We place great importance on continual investments in new machinery, such as the advanced Rhyguan Plus 330, which we recently bought from FIG. The Rhyguan Plus digital finishing machine is exceptionally flexible and highly advanced, capable of handling all critical tasks with value-added embellishments.”

The Rhyguan Plus 330 comes with several advanced features, including a semi/full rotary die-cutting unit equipped with a Z204 magnetic cylinder, Z106 anvil, and counter roller. It also features a robust 40T (optionally 60T) heavy-duty embossing unit, specially designed to handle even the heaviest blind embossing jobs. The machine includes an automatic suction box to ensure precise and stable media handling. Furthermore, it provides ample power for high-quality hot foiling, relief, and micro-embossing, all achievable in a single step using 300 x 330/420 mm tooling, among other capabilities.
