The JETSCI VSRI installed at DTM has complete solution with uniquely designed slitter rewinder, JETSCI YUV inkjet printing system of 330 mm, UV curing system, and printing variable data at speeds up to 150 m/min. It’s a modular unit and can be upgraded to next levels on field any time later if required such as adding camera inspection and verification system.

Kingsley, director at DTM says “We were looking for the Hi-speed inkjet Systems for some time now and Monotech’s JETSCI was one of them. I visited the JETSCI Center of Excellence in India for a live demonstration scheduled for a few days, but after arriving at the New Delhi facility, I was convinced as to what solution and configuration I need for the same. I was delighted with the sales and the post-sales experience and all commitments were met, plus the installation process was carried out smoothly. The system was up and running as per schedule. The production and operations team was trained for 2 days and the JETSCI VSRI was put into production. Since the system is modular and upgradable, we do look to various options by which new applications can be addressed and developed.”
