Monark Software, headquartered in Delhi-NCR, has gained significant recognition for producing premium holograms and labels. Its state-of-the-art production facility has recently undergone a comprehensive upgrade with the integration of a brand new Mark Andy Evolution Series E3 label press supplied and installed by Flexo Image Graphics (FIG).

Founded in 2008, Monark Software initially operated as a manufacturer and supplier of high-quality labels. However, in 2015, the company achieved a significant milestone by expanding its business operations into the realm of product labels, including holograms and prime labels such as wine bottle labels, personal care labels, filmic labels, and more. Monark Software caters to clients in various market clusters, including home and personal care, food and beverage, wine and spirit, and specialty market brand owners in India.

Unrivaled performance and cost-effectiveness

Yadav explains that the decision to select the 8-color Mark Andy Evolution Series E3 label press was based on several compelling factors. Firstly, the 13-inch system offers economic advantages while maintaining a high level of performance, making it a cost-effective choice for their operations. Additionally, its outstanding results and efficient capabilities align perfectly with his requirements.

According to Yadav, the primary emphasis of the company has consistently been on delivering outstanding quality to ensure the utmost satisfaction of its customers. Yadav explains, “To stay abreast of the evolving trends and practices in the label printing market, we continuously invest in advanced machines and technologies, ensuring our production facility remains up-to-date. So recently, we enhanced our capabilities by installing the Mark Andy Evolution Series E3 label press from FIG.”

The Mark Andy Evolution Series E3 prints at speeds up to 150 meters per minute, allowing for rapid production. Moreover, it accommodates a wide range of substrates, spanning from 50 to 305 microns, granting versatility in their label manufacturing process.

Furthermore, Monark Software appreciated the added value of FIG’s centralized ‘Customer Support Department,’ which offers unconditional after-sales service for the machine. “This level of support ensures that any potential issues or concerns will be promptly addressed, providing peace of mind to the company,” says Yadav.

Software solutions by Monarch

In addition to its label manufacturing prowess, Monark Software is actively engaged in providing software solutions. The company has successfully developed software applications (apps) catering to various industries such as retail, pharmaceutical, beverage, garment, and more. These software apps are not only readily available but can also be customized to meet the specific needs of their clients.

Monark Software takes pride in its successful line of software apps in the label industry, running with remarkable efficiency across the country. Among the top-performing solutions are the TSC Barcode Printer, Zebra Barcode Printer, Datamax Barcode Printer, Symbol/Motorola Barcode Scanner/Reader, Metrologic/Honeywell Barcode Scanner/Reader, Datalogic Barcode Scanner/Reader, Argox Barcode Printer, and Labels & Ribbons.

Equipped to meet dynamic demands

Yadav highlights Monark’s commitment to staying at the forefront of label technologies. With a diverse range of in-house solutions encompassing pressure-sensitive, cut and stack, in-mold, shrink sleeve, and heat transfer labels, it stands fully equipped to meet the dynamic demands of the industry.

He elaborates, “Our production facility is led by a dedicated team of 40 highly experienced professionals in the label industry. It is strategically divided into separate units, each assigned to specific tasks, including R&D, manufacturing, quality checking, marketing, and warehousing. We have recently incorporated the latest state-of-the-art tools and machines, further enhancing our capabilities. As a result, we consistently uphold superior quality standards and exceptional efficiency in our end-products. Our clients recognize and appreciate the authenticity in our designs and the high-quality standards that we maintain.”
