Komori India, a subsidiary of Tokyo-headquartered Komori Corporation, marked its 7th Anniversary with inspiring and fun-filled sessions, including the Annual Day Awards Ceremony held on 11 October 2025 at Hotel Marriott Jaipur, Rajasthan. The day-long event saw enthusiastic participation from staff members across India, coming together from every nook and corner of the country.

The day of celebration was infused with formal introductions and greetings among the staff members. In his welcome speech, Jun Sudo, President of Komori India Private Limited, expressed his gratitude, echoing the success they have achieved so far since their operation as an independent subsidiary in the country from 2018. He presented the history and lineage of Komori Corporation, followed by the company’s mid-term plan.

Among the keynote speeches delivered by other dignitaries of Komori India, Jitender Rohilla, general manager–sales, Komori India, stated that they feel delighted to serve more than 700 clients who ideally rely on Komori machines for outstanding jobs that deserve recognition. “We recognise them today for their works, services, innovations, quality, commitment, leadership, and effective use of Komori machines with the accolades of 7th Annual Day Awards,” he added.

The winners are listed as under:

Komori Spirit Award: Rajendra Shetty and Abhishek Samanta for exemplifying Komori’s core values of integrity, collaboration, and kando in every action.

Silent Engine Award: Mahesh Nagar and Ms Raiza for unwavering commitment and impactful contributions behind the scenes.

Rising Star Award: Sushant K Sharma for demonstrating exceptional potential, enthusiasm, and a promising journey toward leadership and excellence.

Bridge Builder Award: Heena Arora for fostering collaboration and unity across teams and departments.

Active Listener Award: Kaustubh Manjare and Kalpesh Parekh for demonstrating empathy, understanding, and effective communication.

Customer Excellence Award: Pratap Kumar and Robert Maliappa for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Relationship Builder Award: Mohit Gupta for nurturing strong, lasting partnerships with clients and colleagues.

Problem-Solver Award: Rahul Gautam for proactive and effective problem-solving in challenging situations.

Quality Excellence Award: Piyush Singh for consistently maintaining high standards and attention to detail in all tasks.

Innovation in Action Award: Harikishan K and Prakash Singh for driving creative solutions that add measurable value to the organisation.

Commitment Award: Chandrapratap Singh, Rahul Yadav, and Janak Guru for unwavering dedication, reliability, and exceeding expectations in performance.

Komori Emerging Leader Award: Bhoobalan Raja and Sahil Ajmani for displaying initiative, responsibility, and leadership potential.

Resilience & Dedication Award: Arvind Yadav and Chakrapani Vemula for perseverance, professionalism, and strength in overcoming challenges.

Outstanding Team Contributor: Rajesh PK for strengthening teamwork and supporting colleagues with exceptional dedication.

Commitment and Effort Award: Vishal for showing unwavering dedication, consistent hard work, and remarkable commitment.

Cheerful cultural and talent performances, games, and kanpai were also part of Komori India’s memorable 7th Annual Day Celebrations.
