They want to overcome the traditional limitations and adopt a standardized yet powerful tool to help manage their entire workflow. Profit margins are shrinking while the competition is gaining new heights. People are becoming more knowledgeable and are looking at increased efficiency through streamlined processes. We have seen a tremendous change in people’s outlook toward ERP. Now they focus more on technology, functionality and ease of use.”

Bansal shared that over the last year, they have also come up with some important updates and enhancements in their software bringing in more flexibility and a range of user-defined functions. These include updates and enhancements in plant operation, accounts and finance, and general system enhancements. “Our ability to stay relevant to customers has helped us to be able to deliver on their growth aspirations. Our focus is always on bringing business and technology together – hence our product development team is always on the go.”

The Flexibiz ERP features various modules including production software managing inventory, order booking, production planning, billing, lot traceability, plant audits, accounts and finance. “The ERP adeptly handles roll traceability, auto weight capturing, proper bar-coding of lots process-wise, PLC integration, waste analysis, plant maintenance and comes with many other interesting features which can improve client audit and satisfaction.
