Vinsak, a manufacturer and distributor of packaging solutions, recently installed its latest Usar 430 machine at the Mumbai facility of JK Fine Prints. The machine is designed for precision full die-cutting tasks with a conveyor system.

The machine is equipped with a re-register rotary die-cutting unit that incorporates a conveyor for performing full die-cutting and kiss-cutting operations on pre-printed rolls.

The die-cutting unit is noteworthy for its inclusion of a magnetic cylinder and the utilization of a flexible die plate, ensuring precise and accurate die-cutting. Furthermore, its unique capability to cut and stack special materials from pre-printed rolls establishes it as a cost-effective solution, providing an excellent price-to-performance ratio.
