Jindal Poly Films commissions widest Reifenhauser CPP line in India

[dropcaps style=’2′]Jindal Poly Films Limited (JPFL) has announced the commissioning of its first CPP line at its Nashik (Maharashtra) Plant. With this installation, JPFL has added one more packaging film to its diverse and fast expanding product portfolio.[/dropcaps]

The 5-layer CPP line from Reifenhauser with a width of 4.8 meter and an annual capacity of 15,000 MT, is the widest and by far the most technologically advanced line in the country. It has the capability to produce a wide range of CPP films, both for regular applications as well as specialty films for high barrier and retort applications. The line is also equipped with advanced features to monitor and maintain consistent quality.

The growth of CPP films in India, has been limited so far, due to the lack of availability of high quality films as well as the absence of innovative products, given that most of the current manufacturers are in the unorganized sector. With the launch of JPFL’s CPP range, packaging convertors and brand owners can look forward to regular availability of high quality and innovative films in this segment.
