IPAMA announces 2nd edition of IntraPac India 2025

-

The Indian Printing Packaging & Allied Machinery Manufacturers’ Association (IPAMA) will host the 2nd IntraPac India Exhibition from 10 to 13 December 2025, at the India Expo Centre in Greater Noida. With over 37 years of experience in the printing and packaging machinery sector, IPAMA continues to support industry growth through such initiatives. The venue offers good connectivity to Delhi NCR’s airports, metro stations, and key transit points. To make access easier for visitors, IPAMA is also considering free shuttle services from Botanical Metro Station in Noida to the exhibition site.

As the packaging industry continues to evolve with advancements in technology, sustainability, and automation, IntraPac India 2025 is positioned to serve as a vital platform for businesses to explore the latest innovations. The exhibition will bring together a wide range of solutions catering to diverse industry needs, including packaging technologies for food, beverages, confectionery, bakery, and consumer goods, as well as machinery and processes tailored for pharmaceutical and cosmetic packaging.

Attendees can also expect to see a variety of packaging materials, consumables, and auxiliary equipment on display. In addition, the event will feature food and beverage processing machinery, alongside technologies focused on food safety, warehousing, intralogistics, and snack and bakery processing systems. Cutting machinery, weighing systems, and other equipment of the packaging and processing value chain will also be showcased.

In an effort to promote greater industry participation, especially among micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), IPAMA has announced competitive pricing for exhibitors at IntraPac India 2025. Shell space will be available at INR 9,500 per square meter, while bare space can be booked at INR 8,500 per square meter. Additionally, a special early bird discount of INR 1,000 per square meter will be offered to exhibitors who adhere to the payment schedule, making it an attractive opportunity for companies looking to showcase their products and solutions.

Following the success of its inaugural edition, which featured 175 exhibitors across 5,167 square meters, IntraPac India is set to significantly scale up in 2025. The upcoming edition is projected to span 12,000 square meters and host over 300 exhibitors. Interest is already strong, with 74 companies having confirmed their participation well in advance.
