Mumbai-based print technology distributor Insight Print Communications has completed 35 years of operations, marking the occasion with a reflection on its growth from a small startup into what the company describes as one of India’s print technology organizations.

Founded in 1991, Insight serves as a supplier, distributor, and installation partner for brands including HP, Fujifilm, Kodak, Komori, Atexco, and Mimaki. Its customer base spans commercial printers, book manufacturers, packaging converters, signage businesses, décor specialists, and textile printers.

The company said the pandemic period was a defining test, with the team continuing to support customers through the disruption. Insight also cited its role in introducing global print technologies to the Indian market, helping businesses modernize operations and expand into applications across commercial print, books, signage, décor, and textiles.

Looking beyond India, Insight said it is extending its footprint into the GCC and African markets through its joint venture, Age Insight Technologies, while continuing to grow its portfolio across digital printing, signage, packaging, and prepress solutions.

Ajay Aggarwal, managing director and chief executive officer of Insight Print Communications, said, “Today, as we celebrate 35 years at Insight, I am filled with immense pride and gratitude. Our journey has been shaped by the dedication of our employees, the trust of our customers, and the support of our partners. Every achievement belongs to the entire Insight family. Together, we have overcome challenges, embraced change, and continued to grow stronger. As we look ahead, we remain committed to helping our customers succeed and driving innovation across the print industry.”
