hubergroup is expanding in Eastern Europe

-

With two newly opened outposts in 2016, printing-ink manufacturer hubergroup has got closer to its clients in Russia to provide them with better service. From Krasnodar in the south, close to the Black Sea, and Stavropol, which lies almost 300 km away, clients can now be supplied much faster. The two distribution centres serve hubergroup’s clients in the Southern Federal District of Russia, which includes Krasnodar and the surrounding area, the Republic of Adygea, the Stavropol region and the North Caucasian Federal District. Prior to the opening of these centres, this region had been served from Rostov-on-Don, which lies quite a bit further north.

”By opening these two new offices in the south, we have taken yet another step toward improving the level of service we offer the printing houses in the region”, says Larisa Danilova, head of marketing at hubergroup Russia. “We have expanded our warehouses and are able to guarantee prompt deliveries. Furthermore, we offer technical support at all stages of the production process by addressing each customer individually.”

The first mixing station for food-packaging inks went into service in November 2016 in Sofia, at hubergroup’s Bulgarian operation. This is the first mixing station for low-migration inks in the Balkans. It complies with all regulations and meets the growing demands for quality MGA spot inks for food packaging and tobacco products in the region. In order to avoid any cross-contamination between the different types of ink, MGA ink production is completely separate from the other warehouses and mixing stations for conventional offset inks.

“Bulgaria and the surrounding countries see a growing market for safe food packaging. This MGA mixing station is a milestone. Here we can produce low-migration inks for all the customers in the Balkans. This way we are meeting our customers’ needs for quality”, says Viktor Bozov, sales representative at hubergroup Bulgaria.
