Heaford to showcase plate mounting solutions at FTA Forum Infoflex 2026

-

Flexo pre-press specialist Heaford will demonstrate plate mounting solutions to printers in the USA during FTA Forum Infoflex 2026, which runs 26-29 April 2026 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Heaford US is present at the annual event as part of the Infoflex solutions showcase, which is open 9 am to 5 pm on 27 and 28 April 2026.

At Stand 705, the company will showcase its flexo plate mounting and proofing solutions for the full gamut of flexo printing applications, including labels, flexible packaging, corrugated, direct mail, and more.

This includes ModularMount, the easy-to-use flexo plate mounting solution that can be scaled as a converter’s business grows. From an initial investment in a manual system, ModularMount provides a simple and efficient route to fully automated plate mounting that supports industrial production environments.

Tim Paul, Heaford sales director, will be present on Booth 705 for the duration of Infoflex. He said, “Our mounting and proofing solutions that we are presenting at Infoflex are renowned for their simplicity and reliability. They are trusted by flexo printers across the US to respond proactively to their biggest challenges.

“Flexo printers in the USA are juggling rising cost and margin pressures, at the same time as competing with the growing presence of digital for shorter runs and customisation. They are struggling to make flexo economically viable for ever shorter jobs, with bottlenecks around frequent changeovers, colour matching, and press downtime limiting capacity and profitability.

“This makes investment in flexo pre-press essential. Our solutions simplify complex steps and make the most challenging processes super slick and efficient. This keeps flexo printers productive and competitive.”

Danny Scales, the recently appointed Heaford US sales manager, will also be at Infoflex. He said, “Hard-working mounting equipment makes the difference. Heaford’s solutions are built to last and are the engine of your pressroom.

“They are simple to learn and easy to use. They are reliable and robust and can be used constantly and not risk losing alignment and ruining print quality. And just when you think it’s had enough, ModularMount can be upgraded to give you even more use out of it for another 5, 6, or 7 years, and even longer.

Forum Infoflex is the annual meeting point of the flexo printing industry in North America. Organized by the Flexographic Technical Association (FTA), the event brings together printers from all package printing markets to discuss and dissect the issues of today (FORUM) and discover the solutions that allow them to tackle the challenges of today and prepare for the opportunities of tomorrow (Infoflex).
